Parish Nurse
 

I am Jo, your local Parish Nurse, based here at the Christian Centre. My role is to promote health and support a person’s wellbeing through a holistic approach. I can do this through health education, support and advice, through advocacy, signposting, spiritual care, BMI and Blood pressure checks, just adding an extra layer of support for you. I cannot replace your Doctor but I can help support you in seeking help from your Doctor or if you just need a listening ear on a bad day. It is a service that supports all faiths and none, and is all free of charge. Please do contact me and if I can’t help I will help you find someone who can.
